A degree can be worthless as there are lots of graduates that work in fast food establishments and never make use their degrees. Entering University should not be a right of passage and The Conservatives proposal would suit only the most capable. Getting drunk and wasting your loan is no way for young adults to educate themselves! And using University as a Job Centre dodge is also no answer! With the American system you simply get what you pay for!
