Stepping back in time…

I felt that I would like to include these press cuttings from 1969 on the blog as they were emailed to me by Denis O’Donoghue who at the time was a Journalist for Home Counties Newspapers here in the UK. The clippings show flight desk cashier Lesley Eyles wearing clothes that she had designed and made herself for very little cost! Denis wrote the story and I shot the pictures. Sadly, it’s material that I no longer have, so I was very pleased to see Lesley again, albeit in print form after so many years. Perhaps she became a fashion designer, I don’t suppose I shall ever know…
